Prepare authentic Bengali sweets such as Rasgulla, Rasmalai, Sandesh, Cham Cham, Malai Roll, Kalo Jamun, and other Bengali sweets.
Prepare chenna/paneer with proper texture and consistency.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, shape, and presentation.
Handle syrup preparation, cooking, frying, and finishing of sweets.
Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in the sweet-making area.
Manage daily production according to orders and requirements.
Minimize wastage of milk, chenna, sugar, and other ingredients.
Ensure sweets are properly stored, packed, and ready for delivery.Experience: 2–5+ years in Bengali sweet preparation preferred.
Skills Required: Bengali sweet-making expertise, good hand skills, consistency, hygiene, time management, and ability to work according to production requirements
