Comfortable working with nolen gur, joynagorer moa techniques, and seasonal ingredients
Consistent and disciplined — you make the same rasgulla at 7am and 11am
Pride in craft over shortcuts — you will never be asked to compromise on quality

We are starting new sweet shop in Kajora Gram, Paschim Barddhaman,pin -713338. We are searching for Sweet Maker who can make some different types of sweet like Murshidabad special Chana Bora, Orissa special Chhena poda, Malpoa,etc.
